We're Proud to Serve our Military Service Men & Women

The following entities are eligible for membership at Blue:

  • Civilian and military personnel of the U.S. Government who work at or are assigned to Francis E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming
  • Members of the Wyoming Army National Guard, Wyoming Air National Guard or the United States Naval Reserve who are stationed in the State of Wyoming
  • Employees of the F.E. Warren A.F.B. Air Force Exchange and other non‑appropriated funds activities who work at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base
  • Contractors and employees of contractors who work regularly at F.E. Warren A.F.B. in Wyoming under contract with the U.S. Government
  • Members of the U.S. Armed Forces, active or retired, or their dependents or dependent survivors who are eligible by law or regulation to receive and are receiving benefits or services from the above military installation

Make a Small Donation to the Blue Foundation

This is one of our most popular options to establish membership. A small $5 donation to the Blue Foundation gives you full access to all of Blue's top products and rates. You'll also be making a difference in our community because 80% of your donation is matched by the credit union and donated back to our communities.

Money Mover

It's quick and easy to transfer money from your old bank into your Blue accounts. And, it's completely free! This option takes about 5 business days to setup each external account and 2-3 business days for every transfer.

  1. Transfer money to your blue accounts

    Once your accounts are verified, you can transfer money to your Blue accounts from your old account for no fee!

  2. Verify external accounts

    We'll make two "micro deposits" for a few cents each into your other account(s) and ask you to verify them in Money Mover. This usually takes 2-3 days.

  3. Set up external accounts

    Get your old bank routing and account number and enter it under the Money Mover tab.

  4. Log in to online banking

    If you haven't enrolled yet, it only takes 5 minutes!

It's simple to change automated payments and direct deposit to your Blue accounts. We'll even mail a letter to your old bank or credit union to let them know you're closing your account.

  1. Close your old accounts

    We'll write your old bank(s) and let them know you're closing your account with them. Don't worry, we'll also let them know where to send your remaining balances at Blue.

  2. Change your direct deposit

    We'll inform your employer that your account has changed so your paycheck starts depositing to your new Blue account.

  3. Change your automatic bill payments

    Tell third parties to start withdrawing your automatic payments from your new Blue account.
